This is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that will assist you in flight planning.  It includes Maintenance due times, weight & balance, cross-wind calculators, V-speeds, and more.  It is the PIC who must ensure than an aircraft is not over-flown on Tach time when an annual, 100 hour, other inspection or oil change is due per FAA regulations.  Check this prior to each flight.  Aircraft listed are 906LA, 217PW, 376CT, 218AW & 49FS  These are tools to assist you, the official POH and individual aircraft weight & balance, and maintenance log books take precedence over this summary listing.  Last revised 16MAR08.

Aircraft Operating Instructions

Flight Design USA has published the Aircraft Operating Instructions ~ AOI (which is the Light Sport equivalent of a Pilot Operating Handbook ~ POH or Aircraft Flight Manual ~ AFM) for the CT2K, CTSW and CTLS.  Also included is the Flight Training Supplement ~ FTS.   

Student Pilots and aircraft renters please print a copy and carry with you in your flight bag.  Please also download and read the AOI instructions.
